This department houses NORC’s programming staff and is responsible for both new product development and enhancements to existing software. It provides technology vision and leadership in developing and implementing information technology short- and long-range plans. The team has recently completed the development of a state-of-the-art system, known as CM-field, that supports the management and execution of NORC’s Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) surveys.
