Information technology plays a critical role in meeting the demands of today’s complex research and evaluation projects. From hardware and software infrastructure to data collection and distribution, NORC’s information technology staff provide analysts with an advanced data, communication, and computing infrastructure. Services range from supporting survey operations, facilitating workflow via voice and data communication, supplying and maintaining both front-office and back-office systems, and providing a full range of advanced data processing services. Information services at NORC are organized into four departments: application development, infrastructure and support, delivery management, and data services.
