NORC offers a full range of data collection, information systems, and analytic capabilities. NORC's survey resources include questionnaire design and survey methodology, telephone and internet data collection and data preparation, a permanent field structure with 12 regional managers, and world leadership in sample design and weighting. NORC's information systems capability includes applications development; database development and warehousing; and project management, systems analysis, and quality control assurance. NORC's analysis capability includes a wide range of both quantitative and qualitative techniques.

Survey Resources
NORC is uniquely qualified in all aspects of survey design and implementation, from designing survey questions and samples to maintaining data collection processes of the highest quality and delivering user-friendly datasets. Information Technology
NORC makes sophisticated use of the latest information technology (IT) in conducting complex survey and evaluation research projects. NORC employs skilled professionals to support the organization's IT infrastructure as well as specialized hardware and software designed to meet the data collection and processing needs of our clients.

Analysis
NORC researchers are skilled in conducting complex data analyses for evaluation and policy research in the areas of education, health, substance abuse, criminal justice and economics. NORC devevlops high quality reports that present methods and results and discuss important policy implications related to analytic research. NORC often collaborates with clients to develop materials that translate research results into meaningful messages for the full spectrum of stakeholders. These efforts may include developing papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals, creating high-level executive summary materials, developing policy options or recommendations papers, designing compelling audio/visual presentations, and producing a variety of materials to deliver take-home messages on study results to the general public.
