Department of Health and Human Services Contract Vehicles

NORC is pleased to offer services to HHS customers under the following ordering agreements:

National Cancer Institute MOA
For the National Cancer Institute, NORC's master ordering agreement number is MA-PC-10-07, for "Surveillance Support." The contract extends through October 14, 2004. The contracting officer at NCI is Theresa H. Shroff. For more information, please contact: Betty Wood, (773) 256-6001

Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services - ADDSTO IDIQ
NORC is under contract to the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services to provide analysis of data and design of surveys. The CMS Master Ordering Agreement Number is 500-01-0019 for the "Analysis of Data and Design of Surveys Task Order Contract" - Specialty Area 2, "Design and Conduct of Surveys". This is a possible 60 month contract, contingent upon the annual exercise of the 12-month option. The contract, (if all options are exercised) will extend through 9/26/06. HHS Program Support Center MOA
NORC maintains a master ordering agreement with the Program Support Center of DHHS, contract number 282-98-0024, entitled 'Program Support Center Task Order Contract.' This agreement covers cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts with salary caps. It expires in December of 2002, but we expect it to be extended at least once past that date, before it is re-competed. Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation
This agreement expired 9/30/02, and four new agreements are currently under review. The agreements cover the following four substantive areas:
